Extensive refurbishment of luxury Harbour Clubs Kensington and Chelsea
The luxury facilities are two of three Harbour Clubs owned and operated by the David Lloyd Leisure Group and both are located in West London. DDI Projects undertook the extensive refurbishment works while the clubs remained fully operational for members.
Kensington included a full strip-out of basement and 4 floor levels. Works included a new reception, food & beverage area, new studios, large gym, showers, locker rooms and kids club facility. The basement works included a spa area and swimming pool refurbishment, showers, locker rooms, studios and gym. Chelsea included an extensive refurbishment of facilities including the reception, offices, main staircase, communal areas, two gyms, saunas, tennis courts, 3 studios and 4 sets of changing and shower facilities.
